The inception
In September 2023, Muhammad Salman Shar — the youngest founder and computer-science researcher in Pakistan's AGI domain — established NeuraSaMu as the country's first frontier laboratory for artificial general intelligence, superintelligence, and robotics.
Before the lab, the discipline had no address in Pakistan. Now it does.
The conviction
Theory that never touches the physical world is decoration. Every architecture we study is engineered toward utility — automation delivered, decisions improved, human effort returned.
And the capability to build it belongs here: sovereign models, sovereign tools, sovereign talent.
